EXTENDED RETURNS

We've extended our returns period from our usual 30 days return policy for customers who have purchased gifts in the lead up to Christmas.

Purchases made online, between 1st November 2024 and 1st January 2025 can be returned* up until 31st January 2025. Purchases made from 2nd January 2025 onwards will have 30 days to return. (*Our normal return policy applies)

LAST ORDER DATES

As always this is a very busy time of year and we do encourage you to place your order as soon as possible and use our "Express" services when you can.

Below you will find the Royal Mail and DHL's latest postal information to ensure you receive your goods in time for the big day.

Please note that orders to all destinations cannot be guaranteed for delivery before Christmas, although we expect them to arrive in time if ordered before the dates below.
