Returns Policy

At Helfare, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, you can return it under the following conditions:

Return Period: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return items for a full refund.
Condition of Items: Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.

Return Process:

1. Contact our customer support at info@helfare.com to initiate a return. Please include your order number in the email subject line to expedite the process.
2. Once your return is authorised, you'll receive instructions on how to send the item(s) back to us.
Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please email us at info@helfare.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We'll work with you to resolve the problem promptly.
Refunds: After we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow a few days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Bundle Returns

If you purchased items as part of a Helfare bundle offer and choose to return one or more items, the bundle discount may no longer apply.

If your return means the remaining item(s) no longer qualify for the bundle, they will be charged at their full individual retail price. Your refund will therefore be calculated based on the difference between the bundle price paid and the full retail price of the item(s) you keep.

For example, if you purchase two items as part of a bundle and return one, the item you keep will revert to its full retail price, and your refund will reflect this.
